As April arrives, the weather in the UK is finally starting to warm up, making it the perfect time to get growing.

今年夏天，你想唔想食到自己親手種、鮮甜多汁的番茄？想唔想收成香甜粟米？又或者種出香港人熟悉、煲湯一流的魚翅瓜？其實喺英格蘭東北都一樣種到！
This summer, would you like to enjoy juicy home-grown tomatoes, sweetcorn you have raised yourself, or Spaghetti Squash, a favourite among Hongkongers and perfect for soups? The good news is that all of these can be grown right here in North East England.

我哋特別為大家準備咗一場 【香港人種植分享會】，一齊交流喺英倫東北種植農作物嘅心得與秘訣。參加者仲可以獲得農作物幼苗，為夏季種植做好準備！
We have specially prepared a Hongkongers’ Growing Workshop for everyone to share practical tips and experiences on growing crops in North East England. Participants will also receive vegetable seedlings to help get ready for the summer growing season.

活動內容包括：
Workshop highlights:

番茄栽培法：由播種、定植到修芽，教你種出健康又高產的番茄。
Tomato growing tips: From sowing and transplanting to pruning side shoots, learn how to grow healthy and productive tomato plants.

粟米培苗技巧：粟米幼苗怕凍又怕風？教你點樣成功育苗，迎接盛夏收成。
Sweetcorn seedling care: Sweetcorn seedlings do not like cold weather or strong winds. Learn how to raise them successfully for a summer harvest.

魚翅瓜種植經驗：分享如何把握英國短暫夏天，種出又大又靚的魚翅瓜。
Spaghetti Squash growing experience: Learn how to make the most of the short British summer and grow large, healthy Spaghetti Squash.

種植經驗交流：互相分享心得，仲可以交換種子或幼苗！
Growing exchange: Share your own gardening experience with others, and even swap seeds or seedlings.
