英國東北港人會館（NEHK）會員制度分為 創會會員、普通會員及協作會員。不同會籍代表不同程度的參與、責任及會務投入。
創會會員
創會會員為 NEHK 最高級別的會籍，只限獲邀人士加入。
創會會員肩負守護會館長遠願景、核心價值及章程完整性的責任。除享有普通會員的權利及福利外，創會會員亦會按照 NEHK《組織章程細則》行使權力。
有關權力及責任可包括委任及罷免董事、批准章程修訂、接納新創會會員，以及履行《組織章程細則》所訂明的其他職責。
普通會員——年費 £35
普通會員適合希望積極參與 NEHK 管理、成長及發展的人士。
普通會員按照《組織章程細則》享有投票權，並可出席會員大會、發言及投票。普通會員亦會積極推動會館使命、支持社區活動，以及為會館的長遠發展作出貢獻。
普通會員享有協作會員的所有福利，並可按照會館政策、設施名額及預訂安排，免費或以優惠價格使用 NEHK 設施。
普通會員年費為 £35。
協作會員——年費 £12
協作會員適合希望參與 NEHK 社區活動，並支持會館使命的人士。
協作會員可參加社區活動、接收會館最新資訊，並按照 NEHK 政策享有指定會員福利。
協作會員不享有《組織章程細則》下的投票權或管治權力。
協作會員年費為 £12。

The membership system includes Founding Membership, Ordinary Membership and Collaborative Membership, with each category reflecting a different level of participation, responsibility and involvement in NEHK.
Founding Membership
Founding Membership is the highest class of membership within NEHK and is granted by invitation only.
Founding Members are entrusted with safeguarding the Club’s long-term vision, values and constitutional integrity. In addition to enjoying the rights and benefits available to Ordinary Members, they exercise the reserved constitutional powers set out in NEHK’s Articles of Association.
These responsibilities may include appointing and removing directors, approving constitutional amendments, admitting new Founding Members and carrying out other duties specified in the Articles.
Ordinary Membership — £35 per year
Ordinary Membership is intended for individuals who wish to contribute actively to the governance, growth and development of NEHK.
Ordinary Members have voting rights in accordance with the Articles of Association and may attend, speak and vote at General Meetings. They also play an active role in advancing the Club’s mission, supporting its community activities and contributing to its long-term development.
Ordinary Members enjoy all the benefits available to Collaborative Members, together with free or preferential access to NEHK facilities, subject to the Club’s policies, availability and booking arrangements.
The annual Ordinary Membership fee is £35.
Collaborative Membership — £12 per year
Collaborative Membership is intended for individuals who wish to participate in NEHK’s community activities and support the Club’s mission.
Collaborative Members may attend community events, receive Club updates and enjoy selected membership benefits in accordance with NEHK’s policies.
Collaborative Members do not have voting rights or reserved constitutional governance powers under the Articles of Association.
The annual Collaborative Membership fee is £12.
The new membership system reflects NEHK’s commitment to building a strong, inclusive and sustainable organisation for Hongkongers and the wider community in North East England.
