Founding Membership is the highest class of membership within NEHK and is granted by invitation only.

Founding Members are entrusted with safeguarding the Club’s long-term vision, values and constitutional integrity. In addition to enjoying all the rights and benefits of Ordinary Membership, they exercise the reserved constitutional powers set out in the Articles of Association.

These powers include appointing and removing directors, approving amendments to the Club’s constitution, admitting new Founding Members, and carrying out any other responsibilities assigned to them under the Articles.
