NEHK Community Garden 距離 West Jesmond Metro Station只需步行約 3 分鐘，方便易到，同時遠離城市繁囂，享受悠閒時光。

無論係燒烤聚會、家庭聚餐、Board Games、野餐，定係想靜靜地休息幾個鐘，我哋嘅花園都係一個理想選擇。

場地特色

場地使用費

為支持社區花園日常保養及設施維護，場地使用需繳付以下使用費：

夏季（上午11時至下午5時）

  • 非會員：£50

  • 協作會員：£20

  • 普通會員：£10

冬季（上午10時至下午2時）

  • 非會員：£25

  • 協作會員：£10

  • 普通會員：£5

 

📅 所有預約必須最少提前兩星期。

 

所有使用者均須尊重其他租戶及附近居民，遵守《NEHK 社區花園使用政策》，並於離開前保持場地整潔，愛護花園環境。

 

預約前請留意以下事項：

💧 食水

  • 農圃提供的食水並不適合飲用或用作食物處理。

  • 請自行攜帶飲用水，或可向 NEHK 購買5 L 樽裝水。

🚶 步行距離

  • 社區花園距離農圃正門約 100 米。

  • 請預留時間步行。

🔥 燒烤爐尺寸限制

  • 歡迎自備燒烤爐。

  • 基於安全及場地限制，燒烤爐尺寸不得超過：

    • 深：33 厘米

    • 闊：73 厘米

    • 高：71 厘米

  • 禁止將即棄燒烤爐直接放置於地面使用。

  • 燒烤只可於指定位置進行，使用後請妥善清理及確保完全熄滅。

可退還按金​

所有預約均需繳付 £30 可退還按金。

如活動結束後符合以下要求，按金將於 3 個工作天內全數退還：

  1. 場地保持整潔乾淨。

  2. 花園、傢俬及設施沒有任何損壞。

  3. 所有垃圾已自行帶走。

  4. 已遵守《NEHK 社區花園使用政策》。

如出現以下情況，NEHK 有權扣除部分或全部按金：

  1. 損壞花園、設施或設備。

  2. 需要額外清潔。

  3. 遺失或損毀物品。

  4. 違反《NEHK 社區花園使用政策》。

如實際損失超過按金金額，預約人可能需要支付額外維修或更換費用。

Whether you're planning a family BBQ, board games, a picnic or simply looking for a quiet place to unwind, our garden provides a welcoming and relaxing environment for everyone.

Booking Contribution

To help maintain and improve the Community Garden, booking contributions apply:

Summer (11:00am – 5:00pm)

  • Non-Members – £50

  • Collaborate Members – £20

  • Ordinary Members – £10

Winter (10:00am – 2:00pm)

  • Non-Members – £25

  • Collaborate Members – £10

  • Ordinary Members – £5

📅 Bookings must be made at least two weeks in advance.

All visitors are expected to respect the garden, neighbouring allotment holders and the surrounding environment. Please follow the Community Garden Use Policy and leave the garden clean and tidy after your visit.

💧 Drinking Water

  • Water supplied at the allotment is not suitable for drinking or food preparation.

  • Please bring your own drinking water, or 5L bottled water may be purchased from NEHK.

🚶 Walking Distance

  • The Community Garden is approximately 100 metres from the main allotment entrance.

🔥 BBQ Size Limit

  • Guests are welcome to bring their own BBQ.

  • For safety and access reasons, the BBQ must not exceed 33 cm (Depth) × 73 cm (Width) × 71 cm (Height).

  • Disposable BBQs placed directly on the ground are not permitted.

  • BBQs must be used only in the designated area and disposed of safely after use.

Refundable Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of £30 is required for all bookings.

The deposit will be fully refunded within 3 working days after your visit, provided that:

  1. The Community Garden is left clean and tidy.

  2. No damage has been caused to the garden, furniture or facilities.

  3. All rubbish has been removed.

  4. The NEHK Community Garden Use Policy has been followed.

NEHK reserves the right to deduct all or part of the security deposit to cover:

  1. Damage to property or equipment.

  2. Excessive cleaning.

  3. Lost or damaged items.

  4. Breaches of the Community Garden Use Policy.

If the cost of any damage exceeds the security deposit, the person making the booking may be responsible for the additional costs.
