注意事項Notes：
•穿著舒適、貼身且有彈性運動服裝Please wear comfortable sportswear.
•建議活動前60分鐘不宜進食Not to eat 1 hour before the class.
•高血壓、心臟病、氣喘、術後六個月和孕婦參加者建議先諮詢醫生意見Participants with high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, those within six months after surgery, and pregnant women are advised to consult their doctor beforehand.
•請自備水Please bring your own water.
