由2025年8月1號起，英國政府已移除成人技能課程(Adults Skills Funding)的3年居住要求，最近North East Combined Authority(東北英格蘭聯合管理局) 及Tees Valley Combined Authority (蒂斯河谷聯合管理局)亦都決定跟隨英國政府做法，然而你需要滿足以下條件才可以免費報讀成人技能課程(Adults Skills Funding)課程：
你目前無業，或稅前的年收入低於 £25,000
或
你已經移除了你的不得領取公共經濟援助(NRPF)限制，並正在領取綜合援助（Universal Credit）。

From 1st August 2025, the 3 years residency criteria for the Adult Skills Funding is removed. Recently, the North East Combined Authority and Tees Valley Combined Authority has adopted the rule changes as of 1st August 2025. However, in order to access the ASF funded courses for free, you will have to be:1. Unemployed or earning below £25,000 annual gross salary or2.
